- Clean and sanitize attics from Rodent droppings and urine.
- Rodent and bird proofing, stop rodents from entering your home and birds from landing and making nests in your home or building.
- Preventative Pest control for ants, spiders, roches.
- Removal of all reachable spider webs.
- Bed Bug Inspections and treatment.
- Outside perimeter inspection and treatment included in service.
- Place bait boxes around the perimeter if necessary.
- Close off all entry points 6 inches included in service (Larger entry points will be an additional charge.)
PRESSURE WASH, SANITATION & CLEANING
- Garage - sanitize/clean and paint. Check for any entry points for rodents.
- Decks - sanitize/clean and paint or stain. Removal of all reachable spider webs.
- Patios - Sanitize/clean and paint or stain. Removal of all reachable spider webs.
- Interior - Close off entry points ( extra fee depending on size of hole ) partch, prep and paint.
- Exterior - Power wash, close of any noticeable entry points for rodents ( extra fee depending on size ) patch, prep and paint.
